- A. If you already have a hosting* account we can get deliver the finished site via CD, or by email. We can even upload the files to your current hosting location so you don't have to.
*In cases of client side hosting, MediWebMedia does not provide email, or technical service as part of the package. Services may be available at additional cost.

However, WMW does not provide or guarantee increased SEO performance.
- Q. Where can I get my domain name?
- A. If you have not already purchased a domain name (www.yourname.com) for your website, MWM can do this for you or help you through the process. As part of our complete Hosting and Management Solution the registration of your domain name is included in the yearly price.
- Q. How do I change the POP setting on my email so that I can receive email on my mobile device?
- A. Follow the instructions located in your mobile device handbook. When instructed to insert POP settings into your handheld, the correct settings and signatures may be found by signing into your ‘mailbox settings manager’, which is located at the bottom of your Squirrel Mail Login page. Use your same Squirrel Mail login and passcode to access this feature.
- Q. How do I configure my email account to Outlook?

- Q. Does MWM follow all legal copyright guidelines when building a webpage?
- A. MWM never ‘pirates’ or ‘borrows’ images to build your site. We pay all appropriate copyright fees when developing content. These charges are included in the fees that you pay to develop your site. (Or marketing materials)
- Q. Do I have to have a logo for MWM to begin my website?
- A. No. We build many websites that incorporate only the physician or practice name. We highly recommend that our clients utilize the same or similar color and style in all of the materials that they present to their patients and physician networks.
- Q. Do I need to pay for my services in advance?
- A. All Hosting and Management fees must be collected in full, in advance. However, for all other services, MWM requires 50% of expected project fees to be collected before the project begins.
- Q. What methods of payment does MWM accept?
- A. We respectfully request that you make all payments through Paypal. Paypal accepts all forms of Credit Cards and we have found it to be the easiest method to receive payments.
- Q. I am a new or prospective client and Paypal will not allow me to make a payment for services?
- A. Before you can make a payment through Paypal, you must establish a customer number with MWM. Please contact us here to do this.
